Denver Bachelor Pad

This Denver home, built in the 1970’s, was updated to modernize it as well as showing off the homeowner contemporary taste.  The master bath was problematic — a very small shower that was actually inside the water closet!! Small and not ideal for various reasons!  He was also in need of a therapeutic tub where, as a professional athlete, he could take ice baths when needed.

In addition, we remodeled a guest bath upstairs, and installed tile plank flooring on the main floor to replace the dog-damaged carpet.
